LOBA×Zoho
SERVICES

Zoho is only as good as the build behind it.

Five services covering every stage: a new build or a migration, rescuing a setup that has gone wrong, connecting your data, putting AI to work, and getting your team to actually use it.

Implementation.

A new Zoho build, or a migration off HubSpot, Salesforce, spreadsheets or something legacy. We map how your business actually runs before configuring anything, then deliver in working increments rather than one big cutover. You get a documented system your team has been trained on, not a handover email.

WHO IT IS FORBusinesses moving onto Zoho, or replacing a system that no longer fits.

Rescue.

For the setup that has become the problem: duplicate records, automations nobody can explain, reports three departments each calculate differently, a team quietly working around the system. We take it over as it stands, stabilise what is live, then rebuild in priority order. No rip and replace, and your teams keep working throughout.

WHO IT IS FORAnyone inheriting a Zoho setup that is holding the business back, including after a partner change.

Data & BI.

Your CRM only holds part of the story. We connect Zoho to your other business systems and third-party sources, model the data once so every team calculates the same number, and build the dashboards your Monday meeting actually runs on.

WHO IT IS FORTeams whose reporting is manual, contradictory, or trapped in exports nobody trusts.

AI Integration.

Claude and GPT put to work inside your Zoho: reading tickets, drafting replies, chasing invoices, routing leads. Every agent runs inside guardrails you set, with approvals and a full audit trail, so automation never means losing track of what happened in your data.

WHO IT IS FORTeams with a working Zoho setup and a clear volume of repetitive work to remove.

Training & Adoption.

Most rollouts fail at the people, not the software. We train each role on their part of the system, document how it works, and track adoption until Zoho is simply how the team operates. Included in every implementation, and available on its own.

WHO IT IS FORAnyone whose system is technically sound but under-used.

Who we work best with.

Zoho projects succeed or fail on mindset more than budget. The clients we do our best work with tend to share the same few traits.

A GOOD FIT
  • You are ambitious about where the business is going, and see Zoho as part of getting there
  • You want a partner who will challenge the brief when we think there is a better way
  • You can commit real internal time, and a decision maker who stays involved to the end
  • You want your own team to own and run the system once we are done
PROBABLY NOT US
  • You want the cheapest quote, chosen before anyone has looked at your setup
  • You want a supplier who takes orders rather than a partner who pushes back
  • Nobody internally has the time or the authority to make decisions during the build
  • You have a finished specification and just want hands to execute it

The questions we actually get asked.

How much does a Zoho partner cost?

Our diagnostics are published: a £3,500 AI Readiness Assessment and a £5,000 Zoho Account Audit, both excluding VAT. The audit fee comes off your build price if you go ahead. Implementations are then quoted as a fixed price against an agreed written scope, and we never resell your licences back to you at a markup. See full pricing.

Do we have to commit to a retainer, or can we run this as a one-off project?

Either, and every engagement runs one of two ways. Project work is short term with a clear end: an implementation, a rescue, a migration. It is quoted as a fixed price against an agreed written scope, so you see the full cost before we start and there is no day-rate meter running. Monthly Optimisation is a long term retainer where we are as invested in your growth as you are: reviewing, improving and extending your Zoho every month, sized to what you actually need and stoppable when you want. Most clients start with a project and decide about the retainer once it has shipped.

How long does a Zoho implementation take?
HOW LONG THINGS TAKE, TO SCALE
AI Readiness Assessment1–2 weeks
Account Audit2–3 weeks
Focused rollout6–8 weeks
Multi-department build3–5 months

A focused single-team rollout is typically live in 6 to 8 weeks. Multi-department builds involving data migration usually run 3 to 5 months, shipped in working increments so you get value before the whole programme finishes.

What happens after go-live? Do you disappear?

The opposite: after every implementation and every new milestone comes a hypercare period, and the weeks after go-live get the most attention, not the least. Most complaints about implementation partners are about what happens after launch, when they vanish. Hypercare means documentation of what we built and why, training for the people who use it, and a handover that leaves your team able to change things without calling us. If you want us on hand afterwards, that is a retainer. If not, you still own everything: the subscription, the configuration, and the documentation to maintain it.

Who owns the configuration and the data?

You do, in every case. The Zoho subscription is in your name, the configuration is yours, and the documentation of how it was built is handed over as part of the engagement. Nothing is held in an account you cannot reach.

What documentation do we get?

A written record of what we built and why: data model, automations, integrations, and the decisions behind them. It exists so your team can change things after we leave, and so any future partner can pick the setup up without starting again.

Can we change Zoho partner mid-project?

Yes, and it is a large part of what we do. We take the setup over as it stands, document what is there, stabilise anything fragile, and only then propose changes. You do not need to rebuild to change partner.

We have already had a bad Zoho implementation. Where do we start?

With a Zoho Account Audit rather than a rebuild: £5,000 plus VAT, two to three weeks, and the fee comes off the build if you go ahead. We assess what is live, what is salvageable and what is costing you, then give you a prioritised fix list with the cost of each item. You decide what we do from there, and you keep the list either way.

Do we need a partner at all, or can we do this ourselves?

If you have the internal time and someone who knows Zoho well, you can absolutely run it yourself, and we will tell you so on the call. Partners earn their fee on complex builds: multi-app builds, data migrations, integrations with systems outside Zoho, and anywhere a bad configuration would be expensive to unpick later.

Every project runs through the same five pillars: consulting, implementation, development, training and support. Read how engagements are run.
